Remember when you sign up for Theater on Ice you receive free Power class.
Saturdays mornings, great for strength and conditioning on ice
High Power 8:00 am - 8:30 for levels Freestyle 4 and above
Low Power 8:30 am - 9:00 for levels alpha and up |
